- Troubleshooting and diagnosing client devices (computers, tablets, phones)
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments
- Computer/Device repair
- Printer troubleshooting
- Engaging with clients in a patient manner
- Technology Tutoring
- Remote IT Support
- VoIP Provisioning & Support

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of low-voltage installers. Duties include:
- Networking & WiFi Installation & Service
- Security Camera Installation & Service
- Audio/Speaker System Installation & Service
- TV Mounting & Installation & Service
- Structured Cabling
- Working with Cat6, Fiber Optic, Audio and Coax cabling
- VoIP Equipment Installation & Service
